Scientifically proven: BIOGENA ONE delivers noticeable effects after just 4 weeks
Some routines take months – others begin with just one drink a day. In a recent 8-week open observational study, BIOGENA ONE was taken once daily – and clear effects were already noticeable after four weeks. Participants reported:
✅ More energy in everyday life
✅ Noticeably improved digestion
✅ Better sleep quality
✅ Greater emotional balance
Clear changes were also measurable within the body itself: Coenzyme Q10 levels increased significantly – a strong indicator of enhanced cellular energy and vitality from within. Gut health improved as well: The diversity of beneficial gut bacteria increased, providing a clear advantage for overall well-being and a strong immune system.
The key results of the BIOGENA ONE study after 4 weeks:
- 86% had more energy for daily life
- 77% felt less stressed
- 63% experienced better sleep quality
- 86% reported a more positive outlook on life
- 85% had fewer digestive complaints and positive changes in the gut microbiome
- 64% felt more confident and calmer
- 90% showed higher Coenzyme Q10 levels

How it started – and what we discovered
In July 2024, we wanted to know exactly what BIOGENA ONE does inside the body.*
22 participants between the ages of 20 and 50 took one daily stick of BIOGENA ONE over two months. Health markers were measured at the start, after 4 weeks, and after 8 weeks – including blood levels and gut microbiome composition.
Wellbeing was also assessed using validated scientific questionnaires – covering energy levels, sleep quality, IBS symptoms, and mental balance.

I tested BIOGENA ONE myself. It's a high-quality broad-spectrum supplement that offers a powerful foundation for everyday health.

More energy: BIOGENA ONE improves energy levels by 66% and increases Q10 levels in 90% of participants

Many people feel persistently tired – even when they get enough sleep. In Germany, around one third of adults are affected. Among working professionals, two thirds consider themselves at moderate to high risk of burnout.
Stress is often the underlying cause: it drains our energy reserves, leaving us unmotivated, unfocused, forgetful, or physically exhausted. In addition to sufficient recovery, the body needs daily support from essential nutrients. This is exactly where BIOGENA ONE comes in.
Coenzyme Q10: the cellular booster for your energy
After just 4 weeks, the study showed that 90% of participants had significantly higher CoQ10 levels – with an average increase of 56%. These levels remained stable even after 8 weeks.
Why is CoQ10 so important? Because it drives energy production in the cells while also protecting them from oxidative stress. Organs with high energy demands – such as the heart, brain, and muscles – rely especially on adequate CoQ10 levels.
Less fatigue – more power in everyday life
More Q10 means more cellular energy. This relationship is well documented in scientific literature – and was clearly confirmed in our study:
- 86% of participants felt noticeably more energized after 4 weeks
- Fatigue levels decreased by an average of 66%
This means less tiredness and more drive – physically, emotionally, and mentally. And best of all: the positive effects persisted throughout the entire 8 weeks. Participants reported improved mood, stronger motivation, and a lasting sense of inner balance.
Healthier gut flora: BIOGENA ONE improved digestion in 85% and increased bifidobacteria & lactobacilli after just 4 weeks

When your gut is out of balance, everything feels off
Digestive complaints such as bloating, a feeling of fullness, or diarrhea are common – one third of adults in Germany reported such symptoms in the past year. These issues often develop gradually, persist for weeks, and are difficult to classify. Whether irritable bowel syndrome or simply a sensitive gut, one thing is clear: digestive problems significantly reduce quality of life.
In recent years, probiotics and prebiotic fibers such as inulin have increasingly become the focus of research – and for good reason. Certain bacterial strains can help stabilize gut balance and alleviate typical digestive symptoms.
Digestive symptoms were assessed using a scientifically validated questionnaire focusing on diarrhea, bloating, abdominal tension, and pain.
- 85% of participants reported noticeably improved digestion
- Symptoms decreased by 27% after 4 weeks and by 36% after 8 weeks
A balanced gut – powered by beneficial bacteria
Beyond subjective assessments, gut composition was also analyzed – with promising results:
After just 4 weeks, bifidobacteria increased by an average of 191%, lactobacilli by 91%, and butyrate-producing bacteria by 17%. These results corresponded to the participants who reported noticeable improvements in digestion.
Our findings show:
- Four weeks can be enough to achieve noticeable improvements in gut health and measurable changes in the microbiome
- An increase in lactobacilli and bifidobacteria is considered beneficial, as these groups support barrier function, immune balance, and microbial cooperation
- More butyrate producers indicate better nourishment of the intestinal lining and reduced inflammation
In short: BIOGENA ONE helped restore balance in the gut – and when the gut calms down, the whole body feels better. More energy, more clarity, more well-being – from within.
Back to restful sleep: BIOGENA ONE improves sleep quality in two thirds of participants
When sleep is missing, balance is missing too
Sleep problems have become part of everyday life. According to a recent study, 8 out of 10 working adults struggle to fall asleep or stay asleep. One in ten suffers from insomnia, a severe sleep disorder. Many turn to sleep medication, often associated with side effects such as fatigue, headaches, or low mood. This highlights the need for gentler, more sustainable paths back to restorative sleep – and this is where BIOGENA ONE can help.
Better sleep – with natural ingredients
Sleep quality was assessed over 8 weeks. The result: two thirds of participants reported improved sleep after just 4 weeks.
Most notably, after 4 weeks no participant reported “poor” sleep anymore. Those who had previously rated their sleep as “moderate” now rated it as “good” or even “very good.” An additional marker measuring alertness after waking confirmed this improvement.
Why the change? Likely due to the thoughtful combination of natural ingredients:
- Hops, whose bitter compounds may promote relaxation – likely through interaction with GABA receptors in the brain
- Glycine, an amino acid shown in studies to support deeper, more restorative sleep
BIOGENA ONE therefore offers a gentle yet effective way to promote sleep naturally – without side effects.
Stronger emotional well-being: BIOGENA ONE supports mental balance
Less stress, more inner calm – your nervous system can breathe again
Work pressure, constant demands, uncertainty – psychological stress is part of modern life. A major German health insurance provider identified mental illness as one of the leading causes of work absenteeism.
In such situations, the body needs more than rest – it needs targeted nutrients to support the nervous system and stabilize emotional balance. A fresh, balanced diet is not always easy to maintain. This is where BIOGENA ONE can make a noticeable difference.
Stress levels decrease – mood improves
Participants completed a validated questionnaire assessing symptoms such as restlessness, anxiety, low mood, and physical tension.
The results were clear:
- Overall stress levels decreased by 36% after 4 weeks and by 43% after 8 weeks
- Depressive symptoms improved in 86% of participants, with an average reduction of 57%
- Anxiety decreased by 33%, and 64% felt emotionally more stable
In short: 8 out of 10 participants felt calmer, more focused, and emotionally balanced with BIOGENA ONE.
This effect is no coincidence. Magnesium and B vitamins are known for their calming effect on the nervous system. Added to this is ginseng – a plant associated in studies with regulation of the body’s stress axis. Together, they form a thoughtful combination that naturally supports mind and mood.
