Cancellation policy
This policy applies to recurring "subscribe and save" purchase options, such as the BIOGENA ONE Monthly Delivery.
How the subscription works
When you subscribe, your first delivery includes a BIOGENA ONE starter bundle; subsequent 30-day boxes are billed automatically at the subscription price until cancelled. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, there is no fixed minimum term. After any stated minimum period, the subscription automatically continues at the same price and may be cancelled monthly.
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your online account, or by contacting us at service@biogena-usa.com. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle; it does not affect orders already shipped or in process. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Returns and refunds on subscription orders
Your first subscription delivery is covered by our 14-day return policy and, for BIOGENA ONE, the 30-day satisfaction guarantee described in Section 1, "Return and Refund Policy." Cancelling your subscription stops future deliveries and charges but does not, by itself, refund a delivery already shipped — to return a delivered box, follow the return process in Section 1.
Changes to your plan
You may pause, skip, or adjust the frequency of your subscription from your online account where available, or by contacting service@biogena-usa.com. We will notify you of any change to the subscription price or terms prior to the change taking effect.
